Oxford Research Group (ORG) invites attendance at the public launch of a new charter calling for the recognition of every casualty of armed violence, which will take place in London on 15 September 2011. The charter is being circulated by their Every Casualty (EC) programme, whose aims include developing the political will to record every casualty of every conflict throughout the world.
